Find Your Sugaring Routine

The sugaringLA Routine Membership is a monthly recurring payment plan that provides members with one Brazilian or Manzilian sugaring service per month at a discounted rate. Additional membership perks include:
20% off additional sugaring services
15% off retail products
Priority booking at participating studios

The membership fee is charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method provided at sign-up. Prices are subject to change. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified otherwise. All retail product discounts (memberships and package related) are only valid when purchased in studio. Membership discounts and perks do not apply online.

Members are entitled to one Brazilian or Manzilian sugaring service per month, depending on the chosen Membership. Unused services will roll over to the following month but will expire if not used within that period. A maximum of one service can be carried over time – services do not accumulate beyond one additional month. Appointments should be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Memberships may be canceled at any time, but the cancellation will take effect one billing cycle after the request is made. Members will continue to receive benefits until the next billing date. To cancel, members must submit a request in person at their sugaringLA studio or email the studio directly. Failure to pay for one billing cycle will result in automatic cancellation of the membership.

Memberships at corporate-owned sugaringLA studios and franchisees who own multiple locations may be transferable between their participating studios. Memberships at individually owned franchise locations are non-transferable. If you move or wish to change studios, you must cancel your existing membership and re-initiate a new one at the new location.

Clients may purchase prepaid service packages of 3 or 6 treatments for discounted pricing. Packages must be used for the same service type (e.g., all leg treatments). Mixing different services within a package is not allowed. Clients who purchase a 6-treatment package receive a 15% discount on retail products during the active duration of the package.

Memberships and packages are for individual use only and cannot be shared. If you would like to purchase a membership for a minor (under 18), please speak to your local sugaringLA studio for assistance in setting up a payment account.

Membership fees and prepaid packages are non-refundable. Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a fee or loss of the session. Each sugaringLA studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy—please check with your location for details.

sugaringLA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or in-studio notification at least 30 days in advance.
